“The Coaster Bar Stools arrived on time, well packaged, and all of the parts needed were there. If this had been my first time assembling something, it would have been more than a little difficult. There are no written instructions, only pictures. You do get a list of how many A pieces you have and how many B pieces you have, as well as what size screw to use where. The front and back pieces are also completely assembled when they arrive, so all you really have to do is attach the few pieces in between, and then attach the seat cushion. Once figured out, they went together relatively easily, and the finished product is even more attractive than in the photo. The color is rich, and more of a deep, dark mahogany than the almost black that most Cappucino finishes seem to be; the seat cushion has a beautiful texture to it. I would definitely recommend these, and I would buy these again without hesitation.” – Pamela

“We got the Coaster Bar Stools as part of our wedding registry and absolutely love them! They look really great and complement our dark wood floors. The customer service of the company was also fantastic. Anyway, when we opened one of the boxes, two of the seat backs were damaged. The company worked with us to get us new ones and rectify the situation, even though we were way outside the return window. Kudos to great customer service!
